workouts you can do in six minutes or less (most are less than five)

One of the most common excuses for why people don't work out is "I don't have time." I'm planning a post on making time for exercise, but in the mean time, here's a list of 100 workouts that can be done in six minutes or less. Everybody got time for dat. As a bonus, a lot of these workouts are bodyweight workouts, meaning you don't need any equipment!

(A couple quick disclaimers: some of these workout names sound really similar, but I promise they are all different! Also, since there's 100 workouts on here, I haven't tried them all and I can't tell you anything about the quality or effectiveness of them. That being said, I put forth my best effort to only include workouts from sources that I trust and have experience with.)
